Made To Order
The production time is generally 12 – 16 weeks, but shorter on some rugs, please consult with our design team for exact lead time.

Please note, all shipping times are estimates, larger rug sizes can take longer than the quoted time to produce. Our team will be in touch post order to confirm shipping times and we will give you updates along the way on the exact delivery date

Worldwide Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Shipping will take longer but we will aim to ship the quickest option possible.

We will not be liable for any export or import duties, taxes, or holding fees arising as a result of the goods being sent to a destination outside South Africa or India, so please look into your country’s import policy before ordering to avoid disappointment.

Return
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on rugs purchased online. We kindly ask that you check all product details, including size and colour, carefully before placing your order.
